PeaceI float  inside myself  and outside  
too   
each limb  an extension  of inner self  and glowing energy   
I feel it  infused in my bones  running through me  slowly

but delicacy is not rare   
It fades  but not all is fading  reality has surfaced   
peace is when  reality is consumed  by the awe-inspiring  flames

Shooting StarsIn the ancient times of the Greeks, there was a man name Idyonius, who lived on the island of Crete. Idyonius was a poor man, with a big and gentle heart. On that island, there was a beautiful woman named Aritria, who was also the princess (daughter of Minytois). Her beauty was second only to Helen of Troy, the Queen of the neighboring kingdom. Many suitors flocked to her door, but she was never satisfied with all they had to offer.  Idyonius had often seen the princess as she was transported to the palace, golden hair shining like spun gold in the sunlight, with blue eyes of the sea. Her frame was slight, petite even. She looked fragile Shooting Stars

A little bird's wingsA shying bird  With wings so thin, cannot fly  Or take those very wings up to the sky  All she can do is dance   
From branch to branch  
She calls her name  A song of brilliant light  When she sees a man  Of human nature  Walking the path of life   
Her dance does quicken  As he does approach  Gun sleek, shiny in his hand  She cries out now  Of panic ensued  Stuck here, on the land   
He draws ever closer  Eyes wide; gaze full of  the little hopping bird  And he points his gun  Out towards the sun  Laying it flat next to he A little bird's wings

An apologyIn the darkness of a summer’s night sky  An apology on angel’s bated breath fly  Passing by clouds of hopes of dreams  That could be accomplished, if they but had the means   
Alas too high does the innocent go  As she falls to the earth, bated breath flow  The clouds start to part, no longer cushioning flight  As she surrenders to perils of crushing plight   
The spiraling regret falls towards ground  Much to her horror no one is around  Until she sees you, her your messenger be  And cries out to you- will you catch or see?

Yes, hi hello. I live. And I'm starting to review people's deviations- the ones you've posted about 40 years ago. Sorry if I haven't gotten to yours yet.
Next order of business: Tomorrow is my last exam- spanish- so I will be free to post/catch up with people's stories afterwards. Anything specific you want me to look at, post in a comment.
Also, I'd like to make a request. In order to learn more about different writing styles, methods of character developement, and setting, I would like to RP with a few of you.
I've had a very successful RP with student4ever, who I will be forever grateful for all the wonderful advice, critique, etc, that she has given me. She has truly helped me develop my own characters.
Therefore I'd like to request that, if any of you are interested in RPing with me, please send me a deviantart note. We can RP on yahoo messenger, AIM, or another messenging service. I also do email, etc.
