Slave
I am your slave
I do what you wish
Your biddings, masters

The morning begins:

Wash the pots
Scrub the pans
Fold the laundry
Make the beds

I hold my anger tight inside
I keep my eyes lowered
I do all the chores
Hoping when I'm done
That their won't be more

Lunchtime, Outside:

Pull the weeds,
cut the grass
Pull away the dead leaves
Clean out the pond

I do not have a choice
I am your slave
For your personal use
I was made

Evening:

I silently pray this was the last
Instead your voices
push their whining way
through my head's barrier

Set the table
Dish up dessert
Do the dishes
Clean the counters

Wash the windows
Dust the furniture
Do you homework
Mop the floor

Trying, so uselessly
To run away
Cannot
Must stay, for I am a slave

I am their slave
A slave inside and out
Nothing I can do
No one can hear my whisphers,
carried on the wind:

Hm. I see chores in the making....
Very creative idea to write the poem this way. I feel like that at times. Except I have the advantage of being able to leave whenever I want. At least, until summer hits.

Is this by any chance when BP where still slaves? I mean its very good! but if so there would be one flaw, back then the plation owners did't let the slaves learn so not really ome work ^^; sorry ^^;
